New Mexico Open Professional Payments

 

Direct Deposit is Mandatory

PGA and non-PGA professionals who win purse money are required to sign up for direct deposit by following this link: https://p.ga/ach
Direct deposit is free and will allow faster payments without the risk of checks being lost in the mail. Please allow at least 10 business days prior to the event for setup. Must have a US bank account to submit the form online. (Non-resident players, please see information below.)
Note: The NM Open is run by the Sun Country Section of the Professional Golfers’ Association. This form will register you for direct deposit with the Sun Country PGA, PGA of America and all participating PGA Sections across the country. If you play in events run by other PGA Sections, your payments may be issued via direct deposit.

 

W-9 for Resident Players

Resident players who earn pursing winnings are required to complete Form W-9. Payment will not be issued without this form on file. Players from previous years are asked to completed a new W-9 to ensure we have the most up-to-date address on file. Checks will be mailed to the address on your W-9 unless you notify us of an alternate address immediately following the final round.
Forms will be collected from purse winners onsite following the final round.

 

Non-Resident Players

Non-U.S.-resident players who earn purse winnings are required to complete this form in place of the W-9 required for residents. Payments to non-resident players are subject to 30% withholding, per IRS regulations.
Payments: Non-resident players can submit this direct deposit form online if they have a U.S. bank account. If you do not have a U.S. account, please print a copy of the form and complete all fields except Tax ID/Social Security Number and turn into the staff on the tee.
Forms will be collected from purse winners onsite following the final round.
