The PGA of America Compensation Survey is the industry standard for data on golf professional compensation levels, and your Compensation Profile is what feeds it. The profile stays open year round and takes only a few minutes, so you can update it any time your position or your compensation changes. The more Sun Country Professionals who complete it, the more useful the data becomes for every member negotiating a contract, renewing an agreement, or building a case for a raise.
