Report online

Sign in to your PGA.org account and use the Report PDR Credits button on your dashboard. This is the fastest route and it updates your status right away.

Report by form

Prefer paper, or need to submit a certificate from an outside seminar? Use the PDR Reporting Form and send it in with your documentation.
